I so want to do this route. How hard did you find it? Is it OK if you can jam? I did a route in Lofoten that Webster calls his super crack of the arctic, and feel there would be some nice symmetry to travel halfway round the world to do the original!

Is it hand width? Looks more like fists in this pic. Also looks absolutely superb - like you say Toby a route worth traveling half way round the world for I think :)

I've got large hands, I couldn't get all my hand in the first part of the crack, but just after the small roof it widens into perfect hand jams. It all depends on the size of your hand though.

HVS are you kidding? maybe if you have extremely large hands and camalot #3 is perfect hands? The start to the ledge is worth HVS 5b/c alone! Check the votes on Mountain project, lots of 10b/cs which certain is not HVS
