We were actually trying to complete a REALLY long circuit starting at the Cromlech Boulders and ending up Indian Face (which is a trickyish high-ball I've heard, and might require a couple of mats).

That would be true - it takes real talent on the part of the photographer to neutralise the impact of a force 10 gale, to say nothing of pitch blackness. Luckily I am just such a talented photographer.
