Started climbing aged 28 in 1962, above all mountaineering, particularly in the Alps. Also Andes, Himalaya, USA, Canada. Was still climbing, just, until April 2019 but had to stop because of eye operations. Member of ACG, GHM. Have kept a diary of my climbing during this time. Note: logbook merely indicates I have done the route, not necessarily clean, when or with whom. It is a temporary tick list for updating in due course.Location
