Roc-Bloc are a relatively new climbing centre in Cardiff. Since opening, just over a year ago, we have built a reputation for first class facilities, super friendly staff and great coffee! We have already undergone two major expansions and now boast well over 1,000sqm climbing - mostly bouldering but with a new autobelay tower coming soon.

We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Centre Manager to take overall responsibility for the smooth & safe operation of the centre, managing the staff and of course building on the fantastic Roc-Bloc community. You would be working under the direction of the Managing Director but the role is relatively autonomous.

Essential attributes:

• Passionate about climbing and bouldering
• Previous experience working in a management role within a climbing centre
• Be a personable individual with the skills to manage a small tight knit team of staff
• Experience using Rock Gym Pro software

Desirable attributes:

• CWI or higher
• Foundation/Development Coach
• Current first aid certificate
• Experience using Papertrail
• Experience using Google Suite for Business

• Retail or Cafe management experience
