An email sent to competitors reads:

After much consideration, we have decided to scale back this year's CWIF in light of the UK Government's move today to increase efforts to contain and delay the spread of Coronavirus. We recognise the commitment made by all those travelling to Sheffield for the comp and understand the value CWIF contributes to athletes preparedness for the wider season. CWIF 2020 will now be a closed event, for registered competitors and we will be asking spectators to watch via the online live stream only. We value your support communicating this via your personal channels to encourage audiences to watch remotely. Thanks for your understanding in these unusual circumstances. Any questions please email dan@climbingworks.com

Kind regards,
The Climbing Works

All proceeds from spectator tickets are donated to Climbers Against Cancer. If you require a refund, email info@climbingworks.com

The Climbing Works will continue to remain open after the weekend with additional hygiene measures and signage.

Watch the livestreams below:

Sunday - 11:55 and 18:20 for semis and finals respectively.
