Generally, if you're getting out of breath when doing some physical activity, you need to improve your fitness. Provided, as above, you don't have some medical problem.
Some of us possibly haven't been quite as sympathetic to the OP as we might have been.
Other than the Stevie Haston strategy: 'Train harder, fool!' - the obvious first step is to see a GP. If you feel you're disproportionately out of breath then there's all sorts of things it could be - some easily fixable, some less so.
