Does anyway know if Carn Gowla has any faster drying routes? I know Mercury and America take a while to dry out but what's the likelihood of them being dry by Easter Monday?
I'd also like to know if Phantasm stays wet as long as the others?
Myself and Stu visited a while back on a fairly damp day, sack full and Mausoleum were both wet but Phantasm was pretty much perfect. Obviousdly dries a bit quicker than some of the others.
Is a damp old venue thou and needs a good while to dry out.
Make sure you read the tides right! I once abseiled with Macca to the ledge for Mercury and was hit by a very late wave. The rest of the routes was completed with wet chalk/shoes/ shirts/ gear!
