Helfenstein's Struggle (HVD 4a)

This one really hurt. A vertical boulder choke squeeze to exit. I remember a sharp grit boulder poking into my chest as I squirmed upwards. At 80kg I think I'm about the upper size limit for this one. 

Helfenstien gave up climbing after this!

Before I got a bit bulkier I remember having quite a time on Gynaecology (HVD), disappointingly I never did and don't think I can fit through The Birth of Al (M) anymore. Hopefully as i waste away in my old age i can get it and Paping About Like a Man With No Arms (VS 4c) done.

Offwidths troglodytes tours in the BMC Stanage, Burbage and Froggatt guides offer other good hard for the big ideas.

I managed The Birth of Al (M) but only just.

I started the climb clothed but emerged semi naked having ripped my t-shirt off my body in my desperation to escape the routes embrace.

Checking my notes it appears I "just" ripped my t-shirt whist failing to get through the left and exit of Paping About Like a Man With No Arms (VS 4c).

For a possibly less common bouldering example, Idwal Squeeze (V1) would definitely be best avoided by the less slight of build. Or even those with a large head.

Idwal Squeeze is pretty spacious IMO (written as someone 178cm/70kg)

I'm relatively slim but couldn't post myself sideways through K Buttress Crack (S 4a).

Had to breathe in on the top bit of Gardener's Pleasure (HS 4b) as well.

I remember Greenteeth Crack (HS 4b) being pretty tight when I was a svelte size 8-10. I'd probably get my muffin top stuck in it now!

Another vote for Paping as being both tight and thoroughly excellent!
