UKC Supporter or Supporter Plus to access Rockfax?

I'm trying to make use of Rockfax on my phone but having trouble.

I'm a paid up  UKC Supporter but the Rockfax App isn't working correctly on my phone.

Do I need to upgrade to UKC Supporter Plus?

Yes, that is correct. You need to be a SupporterPlus to access Rockfax Digital.

I think I can change your plan for you at this end.

I've just recieved an "undelivered mail" email saying my email was unable to be delivered to the email we have on file for you. 

Possibly this is an old email address or it's been blocked for some other reason. I'm not sure.
