Ha ha, I think you need a geography lesson Mick! Langstrath is not in the Duddon Valley.

The Langstrath circuit was worked out years ago (see the Lakes Rockfax) by Tim Carruthers, Glen Wilson & Adam hocking (amongst others). GC merely added a few lines.

Cheers Apollo. Now corrected. I'll get in contact with GC and ask him for a tour so I can be less geographically challenged.
