Awesome to see this finally go down. Some absolute beasts have given this some serious attention over the years and it's a stellar line.

Well done Dan

In reply to UKC News: which shoe company used to sponsor Dan? I was struck by 'swap to a better shoe company'.

Well done on the boulder.

In reply to Depot Climbing:
Yeah it was such an obviously beautiful unclimbed line, if I it is where I think it is - Dan has plucked a rare one, and is clearly on fire.

Also good to see rock protection on the sandstone flagged up, since this is a particular difficulty for boulder problems.

In reply to Steve Crowe: Hi Steve...Your link needs a .htm on it to work...I went to the news page but only got a 1 liner on the rail...is there a bit more somewhere else?
Thank F88k its 8B+... saw the line chalked up a weekend or so ago and it is somewhat staggering. It looks a worldclass. Brilliant Dan.
Also sad to see the extent of wear on things down the far end...that rock just wont take it like south end.

This is brilliant, we always used to gaze up at that line when doing the manta and joke about Chris sharma coming to do it. It's the best looking boulder problem I've ever seen. Well done dan.

I had to google that reference to "...trying to manufacture an Omega Point."

I'd also like to see a better photo of the problem - that one doesn't really shows much at all.
