The first 2 bolts can be clipped and then the moves fairly easily reversed to the ground (nobody does this in practice to be honest). For this reason, all climbers on this route have them pre-clipped. No more than the first 2 would be pre-clipped as it would be extremely difficult/ impossible to downclimb from the 3rd bolt. Regardless of whether moves are downclimbable, most climbers don't have move than 2 bolts pre-clipped as it is a better challenge to clip most on lead where possible. Extensive pre-clipping of more than the first 2 seems to be becoming less prevalent these days. (Also, sometimes clipping the 2nd bolt on lead can be dodgy if it is a fair way above the 1st bolt, risking a possible groundfall - not always the case though).
