Aye Mike, all white here at 900 feet for 24 hours so far. Roofs covered, garden, no green grass to see today - full cover.
Normal for the time of year but more than normal now if y'ken.
4 deg, no frost but it's a good start.

Agree, hasn't done this for a while, but typical in days of yore for this area was - first dusting of snow on tops mid-October, first snow in village around end of October.
