Hi all,

Heading out to Rjukan just after New Year..wondering if anyone a) has an idea what's going on out there b) has any sneaky suggestions of forums to look at (besides the obvious, yr.no etc).

From what I've seen Kroken is still thin. I know Trappfossen was ok last week. Been a number of damaging warm spells across Norway, although winter had started quite early.

Thanks for the update on actual conditions. It seems to be rather warm at present, possibly turning colder in the new year?

Actually, ignore the Trappfossen mention above. Not heard of anything getting climbed in Upper Gorge this winter so far.
