Ice Conditions Setesdal, Norway

Has anyone been out to Setesdal recently or have any knowledge of ice conditions? Reading posts for Rukan sounds like a slow start this year (as it is Scotland) but would be good to get any up to date news if anyone can help. Not going out until 17th Feb so hopefully still time

Not been to Setesdal this winter so can't help too much. Not seen or heard of anyone else getting any climbing done. Been too warm and unstable I think.

Hello ashmani, I am in Rjukan at moment and it is not in good shape, there are hardly any icefalls formed and the ones that have are thin.
Warmer weather also forecast
