Is it worth it ?

With the weather looking iffy do the collective we think it's worth the 9 hour drive on Wednesday ? Would love some advice from anyone on the ground. We are flexible in our venue choices ! Thanks

High pressure, blue skies, cold but not very cold, light winds increasing later, comprehensive light to moderate snow cover on high ground, frozen turf on high ground. Bring a good camera.

Just got back from the Ben yesterday. Conditions are certainly not what they should be but theres plenty to do. We took a day off hill walking and of the few days we had that was one of the best. Always worth it.

For Thursday and Friday it might be but things are thawing all week and there isn't much base. Weekend looks like a throw away at the minute (unless the forecast changes). I know that I'll probably be doing the opposite trip on Friday to try and find dry rock...
