Is someone living in the toilet block as gate is now secured by a bike lock & wood from inside has disappeared?

Wouldn't be surprising, it's common to see homeless people sleeping in that area. Who could blame them for making use of it?

Over the last couple of years, there have been people living in the toilet, on the toilet, in the railway tunnels and up at Gollums. It's city living. Quite a few of them work up in the Clifton hotels I believe. The tunnel by Amphitheatre did have a pile of suitcases and duvets carefully laid out two summers ago.
Mind you a mate of mine was living there in the early Eighties. He has since moved on.

I think so, I saw the guy hanging up his washing the other day. Smiled and said good morning to him, seems like a nice chap. With a minimum of £100+ a week to live in a room in bristol I think he's got the right idea!
