totem basic spring issue

Hi, one of the springs on one lobe has come loose and is no longer sitting in its channel. I don't mean it is sitting slightly above the lobe, as they often do, but almost completely out, including the end of the spring--which is now sticking 2cm out from the lobe. Any one found a way of getting the spring back where it should be?

I can't answer your actual question but I can say that Totem have a bloody brilliant repair service - it's cheap and quick. I managed to ruin one of my totem cams and it was back and good as new in a week for around a tenner!
