The Mile End Climbing Wall was the original dedicated indoor climbing facility in the country; and opened its doors to the climbing community in 1986. Since then it has seen continual development and remains one of the best bouldering facilities in London.
London will see a number of new climbing facilities open in the next few years and we are re-organising the company structure. This is to both take advantage of the anticipated surge of interest in the activity; and stay competitive in the face of this competition. The successful candidate will work in a small team of Assistant Managers; who together will have significant input in the direction we take.
Main Purpose of Job
To be responsible for our Reception and day to day operations;
Key Elements of Job
• Ensure the smooth running of our Reception.
• Line manage our team of Duty Managers; and through them our counter staff.
• Work closely with the other Assistant Managers to ensure the efficient running of the facility.
• Administer the day to day operation of our electronic entry systems and tills.
