Klien Matterhorn station bivi

From previous (quite old) threads i see that it has been possible to enter and stay at the Klein Matterhorn station after closing hours. Is this still left open as an emergency shelter now that it has accommodation? Also is planned biviing outside near the station as cracked down upon as doing so near the Matterhorn itself? Thanks.
