We've got the Skwamas if you're happy buying online - returns are £3.99 so not too bad if you're unsure on sizing. 

With Skwamas I'd really recommend going at least 2 sizes down from street size in order to ensure a good fit - they're so soft that you need to! The fit can be a touch wider on the front of foot so if you've got very narrow feet you might want to try the low-volume ladies version that has just been released.

I have a narrow heel and 'normal' forefoot and the skwama is the best rock shoe i've ever worn in terms of fit, performance and comfort - i'm actually on my 4th pair (the only down side is they don't last long!).

 

I wear a 42 and i'm a 42.5 in solutions, or a 9.5 ish in street shoes
