Thanks to Alan and Rockfax and the many indiviaduals, clubs and businesses who have donated or supplied materials.

This is an incredible amount of work, not only in the obvious labour but organising, fund raising and liasing with GWT, BMC etc.

A good number of popular routes have been completed, so chances are if you climb enough at Wintours you will see the benefit of this.

It's a great project for the area; a big thanks to all who have contributed money, time, energy and equipment.

But there is a minor correction to make to the article; that photo shows 240m of heavy, painstakingly coiled, rope - ask me how I know!
