For most of us Wednesday 14 January will go down in history as and other day. For Tommy Caldwell and Kevin Jorgeson it will be a anniversary of the day they realized a dream - The free Dawn Wall (or whatever the decide to call it).

The route doesn't have an aid grade since it's a link-up of large numbers of pitches on Mescalito (5.8 A3) with some on Adrift (5.11 A3+) and New Dawn/Wall of Early Morning Light (5.8 A3), along with some new terrain (most of the hardest free climbing, i.e the crux 9a traverse pitches).
