Don't Blink is a feature length film exploring the life and mind of Chris Webb Parsons.

Chris, a strong Australian climber takes you through his life, thoughts and some of his recent ascents including his 2 latest V15 boulder problems.

Filmed over a year by Abstract Normality Media along with Chris and friends, 'Don't blink' is a personal voyage into bouldering, climbing and life's challenges.

Love some of the footage in this video… makes me look forward to trying out a lot more bouldering in the Peak when I move back to the UK this year.

Chris is an undoubtable strong climber, though having read interviews with him and some of his blog, the topic of sponsorship (and his lack of it) always seems to come up.

Tip for any wannabe pro climber… as a low to mid grade punter, if I'm inspired by your ascents and the stories crafted around them, I'll likely buy products (consciously or subconsciously) from the companies that (eventually) sponsor you.

For me, having to listen to complaints about lack of sponsorship severely drags down the inspiration factor...

It's interesting, I watched the video after your comment and I was not struck by an overly whinging attitude. I like getting a bit more into it and finding that he has to work full time and that intrferes with his climbing life helped me to relate to him. I really enjoyed the film and I liked that there was a bigraphic element to some amazing bouldering videos. I'm quite psyched to try more bouldering now.
