All I know of Klem is he's one the most aggressive "encouraging" shouters out there.

On one of the Dosage videos he sounds like he's going ape-sh*t at Tim Emmett, surprised he doesn't come off in a flood of tears and need a hug afterwards.

Exactly what I have been thinking.
The sort of dodgy thing I see begenners doing regularly at the wall;
rope more or less horizontal, high fall factor, climber not far off ground..... somebody needs to have a word.
