A couple of thoughts:
Obviously the normal descent path to Battleship is a deathtrap. Unless you're au fait with recent developments at Portland, you won't know that. Rush merrily down the hillside and it's a skateboard to oblivion. A couple of weeks back, I met a highly experienced, competent pair who'd retreated from said skateboard. A notice on top would alert people. In general, I'm against notices. But compare with the five or so relating to the Church Ope turnoff; this one could save a life.
The overhangs above the Neddyfield bouldering have been ready to collapse for years. Dozens of people walk by each day. Maybe hundreds at weekends. I'm the only one who ever looks up. (I always look up!) It's just a question of time. Probably a little more freeze/thaw.
Those would be my two biggest worries.
