With several first ascents over the last year of some of the West coast's most imposing sea stacks, Iain has racked up a list of routes that even Mick Fowler would be proud of.

A map showing the locations of these stacks would have been a really useful addition to this article

Interesting for me anyway, my mum comes from Donegal, although I've not been there since I took up climbing

Been going to West coast of Donegal on holiday for the last 20 odd years. I've had my eye on many of the sea cliffs between Killybegs and Ardara but have been unable to convince mates that unpredictable new routing is the way to spent your annual 2 week holiday.

I'll just have to wait for the guide book...
