Rockfax Description
The first wacky traverse that doesn't really go anywhere, but is so exposed that you can't fail to enjoy it. Start on the high belay ledge as for Pigs on the Wing. Follow Galactic Co-ordinator to the arete and continue traversing along a break, under a small roof. Follow this to the crack of Deep Throat and finish up this. © Rockfax

Snagged/draggy rope leading to a second with one rope and half of the gear. Quite pumpy but a fun exposed route

Great view all the way to the sea below, very adventurous. Huge amounts of rope drag after rounding the final arete lead to not so fun rope games but well worth it for the route and position.

most of the traverse crack was soaking but that didn't affect the excellent climbing. Easy jamming. Also 2nded to get gear out

Insanely wild - exposed like nothing else, with only inches of rock below your feet, then just the sea miles below you! Brilliant (and really pumpy when greasy/wet).

didn't read guide book very well and totally messed up, exiting main line of climb at first crack about half way along traverse. This incidentally makes for an excellent variation since the moves across the overhang are very wild in great position on positive handholds.

Hard, scary and committing for the grade. Was glad to have a few grades in hard to second this - not one for the aspiring HVS leader!!

Amazing, terrifying, exposed, brilliant! Felt pretty sustained and good value HVS, but could of just been the position making it feel harder.
