Rockfax Description
A hidden route up the pocketed wall and slab to the right of the green drainage streak. Abseil to a hanging stance, with 2 bolts, 4m above the water line. There is a belay in an alcove below the top. Pull out on the abseil rope. © Rockfax

βeta: What a route, made all the better by the approach faff - for reference, the belay is significantly higher than 4m above the water - else we wouldn't have needed to finger tape the clip stick to a boat oar to get to it.

βeta: Bottom belay more like 7m off the soup (high neap). Large amount of drag/rope-getting-stuck potential if lowering off the chains so extended with some tat over the lip (Aug 2019)
