Belay on the ledge on the arête after the crux of Piccadilly Circus. Traverse horizontally rightwards to a bush, step down to gain footholds on the cave lip. Follow these across the lip of the cave passing Jermyn Street. From this point a diagonal line leads into the top few moves of Regent Street.
