Rockfax Description
The impressive thin crack in the wall next to an escape line (Mod) is worthwhile. The rock is lichen-covered near the top. Start below a crack at the outer end of a deep corner/chimney. Pull up a short wall to the base of the crack and climb it to an easing. Move right and then back left to the crack and break just above. Move carefully rightwards up a wide crack to finish. © Rockfax

βeta: Andy had a hold pop off which luckily didn’t throw him off. Resulted in a quite bad cut to his leg, boy did he bleed. This threw him & me to be honest, so he back off & managed to down climb. Right choice. He then ab’d down to retrieve gear & climbed out. Beware!! Loose Rock! | βeta? | |
