A major rock fall has occured - access to the lower tier, beyond Dawes of Perception slab is very restricted and has been fenced off to protect the public.
There is currently no access to the quarry and climbers should avoid it for the time being.
The quarry is within the Padarn Country Park, managed by Gwynedd Council.
Rockfax Description
The prominent corner offers some good sport. Start from the beach on the right of the prow, best reached by abseil from the prow. Traverse out left past a bolt to gain the base of the groove. Climb this past bolts with a run-out to a ledge. Move left and ascend the groove passing a peg. © Rockfax
