Access Banned
A major rock fall has occured - access to the lower tier, beyond Dawes of Perception slab is very restricted and has been fenced off to protect the public.
There is currently no access to the quarry and climbers should avoid it for the time being.
The quarry is within the Padarn Country Park, managed by Gwynedd Council.
Rockfax Description
A bold and dynamic pitch. Start below the centre of the wall. Climb diagonally right to a flattened peg/bolt. A hard traverse left leads to a bolt. Ignore the old bolt out left from a by-gone project. Traverse left for 2m and make more hard moves up to a crack and a good hold by a lower-off. © Rockfax
