Climbing on CBBC Tonight at 6pm

Richard Wisker with Buster and Molly

Teenage television celebrity Richard Wisker, perhaps best known for his role as Liam O'Donovan in Tracy Beaker Returns, gets his first taste of climbing in CBBC's 'Friday Download' show this week.

Wisker is put through his paces at The Westway climbing wall in London, by Junior GB team members Buster Martin and Molly Thompson-Smith - who were both impressed with his efforts.

The programme goes out at 6pm today (May 18) and is repeated at 9am the following Sunday. It will also be on BBC iPlayer.
