Alex Megos makes second ascent of Sharma's Sleeping Lion
Alex Megos has made the second ascent of Sleeping Lion, 9b+, in Siurana, Spain.
Back in March we reported on German sport sensation Alex Megos' short trip to the UK (see UKC News Item).
The list of routes Alex climbed during his short stay included:
- Mecca, 8b+ - 2nd go
- Raindogs, 8a - 2nd go
- Overnite Sensation, 8a+ - flash
- Austrian Oak, 8b - 2nd go
- Unjustified, 8c - 4th go
- Bat Route, 8c - 2nd go
Now we have a fantastic video from DMM featuring Alex in the UK. What comes across in the video is not only how strong Alex is - firing off hard classic after hard classic with barely a moment's rest in between - but his happy, fun loving personality.
