Catalan Witness the fitness, Font 8C, by Felipe Camargo

Felipe Camargo, from Brazil, has made the third ascent of Chris Sharma's Catalan Witness the fitness, Font 8C, at the Cova de Ocell near Barcelona, Catalunya.

Felipe fell instantly in love with the problem as soon as he saw it and decided on the spot this would be his project. Now, after four days of work, he could make the 3rd ascent of this 20 move roof line.

He has previously climbed one Font 8C, his own Fortaleza at Ubatuba, east of São Paulo in Brazil, which he did in 2014.

Felipe Camargo is a Brazilian sport climber and boulderer. He kickstarted his climbing career by winning the 2006 Brazilian Climbing Championships and has climbed up to Font 8C and French 9b.
