That might not be an 'off the couch' distance...will need to put some training in first. Most sucky thing about it: I didn't even do it climbing! Hyperextended and popped my tendon.. Though I am hoping it stretched out my tendinitis

In reply to UKC News: interesting vid, but that sort of equipment isnt easily available to the majority of climbers. what would be really interesting is a video or article on training while injured without specialist equipment ...say a bit on injured knees, ankles, elbow tendonitis, dodgy shoulders...
