Still haven't been. Is it worth a visit in late October or is it polished to death now?

I've been a few times for new year, enjoyed it. Warm enough in the day. Cooler at night.
Polish, that depends on route choice really.

I think its a great place. The only stuff I really noticed polish on were some slabs (possibly Los Cotos, or nearby)

Can't say for certain about autumn, but at the other end of summer (Easter) it was perfect, weather wise: not so hot you dehydrate and cool enough at night to sleep well. Masses of routes for miles around, the east side up near the reservoir has some great multi pitch, some of the singles go quite far enough to get stunning views from ledges at the top.
