Liv Sansoz has a breathtaking CV. She's a two time World Champion in sport climbing, has climbed 8c+ and has a number of hard alpine and ice ascents under her belt. In 2017, at 40 years old, Liv set out from her base in Chamonix, to attempt to climb all 82 4000m peaks in the European Alps in a single year. Although things don't always go as planned....

What a delightful video. Also, one in the eye to the naysayers who seem to think that indoor competition climbers are somehow a different breed than outdoor enthusiasts, since Liv was genuinely one of the very first dedicated indoor specialists, who would climb outdoors literally a handful of times a year, if that, in order to focus on their indoor goals.
What's the saying 'the best climbers are the ones having the most fun'. Well Liv has it all, she was the best, and seems to be having the most fun as well.
Awesome film, amazing shots and love the spirit of the thing, but... that many injuries in such a short amount of time - somethings not quite right surely?
