Cobra Crack in Squamish is infamous within knarly crack climbing circles. It's hosted a number of battles over the years, but Mason Earle's is perhaps the only war. This film focuses on Mason's eight years of attrition, and captures his changing motivations over time - from simply wanting to beat Alex Honnold to an ascent, to eventually wanting to climb the route for himself.

For once a yank film that doesn't make me cringe. Good fliiping effort for sticking it out. I wonder whether he changed shoe brand because of the foot slip in 2011 ?
