That depends on your digestive system. It can result in either.

I interpret their use of the word solid to not mean a state of matter. Rather an adjective to mean no holes. But I am neither a student of Physics nor English so who knows?

But I did study civil engineering, and we have perforated pipes and solid pipes to choose from for your humble road drainage system.

Can a solid PU membrane really be described as breathable? Wicking yes, but surely breathing implies vapour passthrough?
