As one of the South-West's largest dedicated bouldering centres, we' re looking for qualified individuals to help us meet the growing demand for instructed climbing sessions.

If you are a qualified instructor looking for part-time or freelance work, we'd love to welcome you to our team.

Pay:

Qualified instructors: £15 p/h

Hours:

Flexible

Essential:

CWI or RCI qualified

Valid First Aid certificate

Previous Instructor Experience at a climbing wall

Freelancers are required to hold their own instructor insurance

Desirable:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Knowledge of NIBAS

FUNdamentals 1 and 2

Free climbing for contracted staff and on instructing days for freelancers
