Rockfax Description
An equally fine companion to the neighbouring Silver Buttons. Start up Silver Buttons and move right onto the face just above a grassy ledge at 11m. Follow the bolt-line up the wall to a sustained section before the top. An 80m rope is required to reach the ground otherwise split at the lower-off on Silver Buttons. © Rockfax

Should have learnt my lesson from the other day, frightening and 'dithery'. Last bolt, finishing holds dirty from the wet streak the other day, 30m+ of rope to pull up. Put the top clip in, had a go at pulling up the rope, F*** It ,used the quick draw as a hand hold to put the rope in and then let go and finished the route.

As has been said, rather unbalanced with the hard climbing confined to passing the three bolts on the top wall.

The hardest part of the climbing is passing the three bolts on the top wall, but that section still only warrants 6b. The climb is unbalanced as a good half of it is easy ledge pulling. Worth going to Langcliffe for this and the the route to the left, but take your expectations down a notch or two first and you will enjoy the day more!

A cracking route, well worth doing. Substained F6b rather than actually F6b+, but I see the point of the grade. Definately 3 starts, like Silver Buttons next to it. Shame there aren't more route like this on at the quarry. Will did the first pitch and belayed from the tree down and right of the end of pitch 1 belay for Silver Buttons - made a better 2-pitch line, IMO.

Brilliant route, really lovely. Not too hard but nicely sustained at the top.
