Climbs the left arete of Crawl Buttress.
Pull over the initial roof on a good hidden hold then move up and right to a stretch over the next roof to a good hold. A powerful pull brings a small crimp into reach, then the break. Traverse left around the arete and a couple of layaways lead to jugs and the belay

Abortion of an onsight attempt turned into a good ole doggin, followed by a 1st redpoint.

Stuart William 03/Jun/17 Lead RP

Took a few goes to link the last move to the break. Just a case of remembering to move a foot. Confusing and hard at first but steady once you know where the holds are. Really cool moves all the way.

Edwards put the clips in. Went for the flash, messed up. Did it next go. Nice moves.

Hard route to onsight. A lot of dogging but now I've got the moves should go down pretty quick... 3 Boulder problems in a row with 1 AMAZING rest! Last hard move is immense!!!

Really good climbing! Didn't use the crimp on the crux, rolled over to the jug instead.

Good varied moves with three distinct hard moves. Had to work hard for this one.

Close, but not quite. Another one to come back for.

3* from me, got it 4th tie-in (put the clips in, work the moves, failed RP, success). The heel hook to get the crimp in the middle was pretty hard, but I found the crux to be the slap to the sloper just below the jugs at the top.

Alex Winter 16/Apr/15 Lead dog

Really good, but felt hard. Spent ages grappling with the wrong side of the arete on first tie-in. Had a quick RP before it got dark, but was too pumped on the long move to the crimp. Keen to finish it off.

Think I should be able to link top and botto around the crux next time, but the crux felt hard!
