Rockfax Description
An eliminate between Charity and Hope.
1) 45m. Follow the rib to a bulge just to the left of the slot in Hope. Pull through the bulge to regain the delicate rib above which leads to the Hope belay. A bold pitch if you avoid reaching right for gear in Hope!
2) 45m. Move to the left of the twin cracks of Hope. Head up the pocketed rib and then follow the edge to where the climbing eases. Keep heading left past a crack to regain the rib. Follow this until you can move left into the belay of Charity.
3) 45m. Move back right onto the rib and follow it in a splendid position until you can rejoin Charity and follow that to the top. © Rockfax

βeta: Lovely route that keeps drier than those either side, P1 has sparse gear (4 pieces placed total) as does the start of P3 until the crack can be reached (big cam in the arete slot before hand might hold). After the end of the rib M chose the driest path which split between Hope and Charity. Slab padding throughout with perhaps three tenuous moves in all (the initial buldge, going across toward the p2 end belay and then regaining the crack in P3. | ||
