Rockfax Description
110m. This route climbs the pillar between The Great Arch and the big open corner, finishing up the left-hand of the twin roof-capped corners high on the crag. It has great character and atmosphere with big route commitment. Start from a belay on the lowest small ledge some 5m above the sea on the right side of the slab.
1. 50m 4c Climb the slabby wall just left of the right edge to gain a small ledge and belay on the very edge.
2. 25m 5b Move up into a groove, step right then enjoy sustained and intricate climbing via cracks and grooves, well right of the edge, leading to a belay on a rusty slab under a roof.
3. 35m 5b Move up to the roof, step right then climb to the base of the left-hand corner. Climb this fine corner to the big roof then make a short, difficult left traverse to finish.
