A pioneer of the Lakeland climbing scene, local legend Rob is still climbing hard in his 70s and has recently been making repeat ascents of iconic climbs he created 50 years ago; imposing and inspiring lines such as Paladin (E3 6a), Cruel Sister (E3 5c) and Holocaust (E4 6a), often on camera under his 'Angry Pensioner' alias and accompanied by his son Craig, who's alright at climbing too.
