Following our successful expansion we are looking for experienced climbing instructors to join our friendly team.
The position will require delivery of climbing sessions to a variety of children and adults in both our main Climbing Wall and Crazy Climb area, the role may include some work on reception.
As a member of core staff you will be supported by our experienced team to help develop your instructing and coaching skills.
This role will require a minimum commitment of 60 hours per month, although this is likely to be exceeded.

Essential Qualities
Experienced instructor who is an active climber themselves
CWA/SPA Qualified
Able to work with customers of all ages
Willing to work evenings and weekends
Desirable Qualities
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Knowledge of National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (NICAS)
