It's impossible to pick just one! One-day winter traverse of the Cuilin Ridge, new routing in winter on Ardgour, a weekend of hard (for me) winter routes in the NW under glorious blue skies, a week on Mingulay with a great bunch of mates and some perfect weather, ice climbing on Beinn an Dothaidh by moonlight, the brief clearing of the skies that let us see sunset behind Liatach after we battled our way up East Buttress on Beinn Eighe in a howling blizzard, the relief of getting down safely after being caught out by a big storm in an alpine gully, the first sip of the first pint in the Clachaig after a hard winter day in Stob Coire nan Lochain... Climbing's brilliant!
