I'm pretty sure that I managed to develop myself an incidence of 'pes anserine bursitis' a couple of weeks ago - 99% sure it's due to running. All the classic symptoms. It is getting better day-by-day, I'm just sticking to daily walks and stretching at the moment - plus a bit of gentle climbing / bouldering. Also planning on some gentle cycling (maybe just on the tubro trainer initially) in the near future.
Anyone else had this? I'd be interested to hear stories of short-term rehab and longer-term prevention / management.
